This Math Help web site is here to give you, the student, some (temporary) sources of information and help until the new Math website is up and running. Just so that you know, comments contained in returned student assignments are designed to draw your attention to areas of excellence and those areas that may need further review and practice. This is an important part of the distance education program evaluation process, since you need to know what you can and cannot presently do before writing your module tests, which make up 60% of your overall mark. In many cases, your marker will have indicated the appropriate steps that lead to a correct solution. At other times your homeroom teacher will either contact you directly by telephone or by email or they will request that you contact them to enable a one-on-one discussion of the problem area(s).
